We want you and your four-lagged companion to be happy with your purchase. If you are ever dissatisfied with any product for any reason whatsoever, you can return the item(s) to: Phyto Products Asia Pte. Ltd., #32-01, 18 Marina Boulevard, 018980 Singapore within 10 days of delivery. Provided you return the item in original / unopened condition and packaging, we will refund the purchase in full minus the outgoing postage charges. You are also responsible for the cost of returning the item.
However, if we sent you the wrong item or if product has been defected or damaged during the delivery, please take few photos of the parcel/product and email them to us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Once we receive the photos, we will send you a replacement/correct product(s) for free ASAP.
